We identify the problems and formulate solutions

The TapAll Workflow Analysis works from the bottom up. We start with employee interviews to collect and document the processing details and flow from beginning to end. During these interviews, employees are encouraged to share any improvement ideas and observed issues. Next, we consolidate the collected details into a flowchart, with accompanying descriptions of the processing that occurs at each step. At this point, we evaluate the pain points and inefficiencies identified in the “current” workflow, and develop a “proposed” workflow that eliminates those issues. The proposed workflow may also introduce process changes, hardware, or software to improve productivity. In the end, TapAll delivers our findings in a detailed written report and meets with the client to explain the report and answer any questions.
